Why cant our TPM's (the post 07 ones) show an actual pressur ein each tire. If it can recognize when a pressure is low than it certainly could recognize an exact pressure as does the Porshe's and many other upper end brand. It is nothing to make that feature available as it already as all the TPM sensors and obviously capable of reading pressure-it is crap like that that bmw could have done to really stand out in this class-especially if you are into tracking it-you could monitor change in tire pressure around the laps etc. Personally I would just like it so I didnt have to get down and check the pressures-as the TPM's really dont come on until a lot of air is out

I agree. I like how even the cheapie P-Cars can show tire pressure. saves me time from having to bend down and check.

I've always wondered about this too. Not only does M-B display a pressure but my old Honda and my current Chrysler minivans show actual pressure as well. I like to watch the pressures on the highway to see if they're increasing in a uniform manner, etc.

BMW really needs to add this one of these days.

(While they're at it, maybe they can tell me why they don't do what everyone else does and use the satellites to set the car's clock? )

Why wait that long? They could probably add it right now via software to any E60 with TPM and on through current F10s...
