Whose white E60 is this in Westchester County, NY?

So I was on a business trip in White Plains, NY last week. First four days were in the Nokia office. The next three I was in Yonkers visiting my sister. Walking through their parking garage, I noticed a de-badged white E60 with what looks like an ACS roof spoiler, OEM trunk spoiler and a Magnaflow 14816/14815 exhaust. No Mtech/other body kit with stock wheels.
Sorry for the horrible picture quality. All I had was my Blackberry Pearl.
I was wondering if it belonged to someone here in the forum.
