ask turner motorsports.. perhaps they can help.
on another note, stupid question... can you tell me if the oem exhaust fits in the m5 rear? or do the tips hit the edges of the bumper's "exhaust outlet"?
goodluck, when you figure it out post it.. ill be in the same boat shortly.

Any competent exhaust shop should be able to handle this project. I recommend just locating one and reviewing EXACTLY what you want and where you want the mufflers sitting and tips to be located. The car will need to be placed on a lift to do this. If they do not want to lift it and discuss, then take your business somewhere else.

+1 tonyb, I have been talking to a local where I'm at (El Paso) and they are going to do one for $370 for a 08 535i. I am in a military school right now and I will post up pics and sound clips once it is finished (end of Feb).

No, you should not have to pay squat for a estimate

You should make an appointment and have them stand around for a while waiting on you,,,,!!! That REALLY sux as they probably don't want your business. I would just pull into a shop one day and ask. Chances are they might lift it if they know you are serious but I am sure they don't have time to play around with anyone just shopping for ideas. Maybe its something to discuss and if the price is in the ball park then mentioned a deposite and you would like to have car lifted to make sure where things will go. I paid 180.00 and that included two turbo mufflers that I added to get the drone reduced. Looks like you have a V8 so expect this to be a lot more that a six. Another member had the same and mentioned the droan was just too much to tolerate. So getting the correct muffler is going to be key.
