For me, the absolutely nicest color interior is creme beige. It just looks great against the black contrast and awesome with any color exterior. I would also never get it because it looks like a nightmare to maintain. I am in awe of you people who have it, especially those of you who have it in a black car. My question is, how does it hold up?? Do you find yourselves having to clean the seats and vacuum all the time. Just curious.
Thanks,
Jeff

My 650i also had creme beige. It was fine after a year of ownership. I do try to clean and treat any leather interior twice a year.

have it and like it a lot. In all honesty, the lighter leather does show dirt (as you would expect) more than a darker color. Pretty easy to maintain though, I just wipe the seating surface down with a damp cloth - about every 3rd or 4th wash and it looks fine. Not even all the seats - just my driver's where I'm in it more.

Beige & Jet Black here ... no problems keeping it clean. I do the same routine as HotLap - wipe with a damp cloth every now and then, and a one-per-year detailed cleaning and leather care soaking.
But the beige floor mats get trashed, so I put down BMW black cloth mats - and I love the contrast with the all-beige interior.
If I were ordering a black E60 (Carbon) right now, I would get the Natural Brown interior - that two-tone look is stunning.

I have to agree with the others, except for the floor mats, the seats are not an issue and I have the carbon blk w/beige in my X5, and I chauffer around two standard sized Dachshund who will not wipe their paws.
BMW leather seats are easy to clean as well as the mats and rugs, however if you shampoo the mats as often as I do, they will only last about two years.
I live in Florida, so having the lighter color makes sense, also I got the perforated beige leather with the ventilation, a great feature.
Good luck

Had mine for 6 months, and in previous E60 for two years. After a few months it does show a little blackening, but a periodic wipe down deals with that. Marks in the floor mats more of a problem, but again they aren't hard to clean. Worth a little effort as in my mind this is one of the best interior colours. I have it in a Platignum Grey 530 M Sport Touring and it looks great.

I like the cream beige and I am not really concerned so much about the seats - but I am concerned about keeping the floor mats clean. I bought the BMW black rubber floor mats and use them over the regular beige mats - except for special occasions!!!!

After I got mine, I thought, "What in the world have I just gotten myself into???" Turns out it's no big deal keeping the seats or the mats clean. I'm actually surprised at how clean the mats stay.

Jet Black with beige interior here.
I use my car as DD and do not pay special attention to the weather. It is just a car, nice but still a car. When necessary I clean my carpets, no problems with seats or interior so far. I decided that if I will need new carpets I will simply buy one.
That way I can enjoy the beauty of the interior every day.
