My Ride: 2006 550i - Metallic Mystic Blue, Sport Package, STEPTRONIC Auto Transmission, Leather Interior, Power Front Seats w/Lumbar Support, Xeonon Head Lights (Angel Eyes), Park Distance Control (PDC), 6-CD Changer, Adaptive Head Light, SIRIUS Satellite Radio, Professional Radio, Premium Sound Package 13-Speakers Logic 7, Weather Band Radio, Voice Control (for Bluetooth Telephone Operatoin), 18" Run Flats, Rain-Sensing Wipers, Front/Rear Heated Seats, Flat Tire Monitor (FTM), Moonroof, Fold Down Rear Seats, Hardwired Valentine One
I typically clean my car every weekend and I always (even day-to-day driving) see this white powdery substance all over the center console, seats, and especially the rear seat... I run the A/C (and never roll down the windows) everytime I drive -- hey, it gets hot here in FL! I have black interior and it really stands out.
Could this mean that I need to change my micro filters?

Just a couple of days ago, a Swedish guy complained on another board about this issue, and received several funny comments as well.
He has an E90, and had some white powder around his air vents as well.
Check your microfilters; they could pulverize (not common) if they haven?t been changed for a long time.
