Where Are The Preparation Centers?

My 535i was supposed to be on the Caribbean Highway and the port of Charleston shows that the Caribbean Highway left Charleston at 5:30 p.m. on 12/3 (I am assuming they off loaded my vehicle) on it's way back to Germany. So, my question is where is the preparation center where they would send the vehicle before shipping it to Dallas?
