disagree about the time spread. When BMW changes production, it affects both US and EU cars at simultaneously. When the E39 was upgraded for the 2001 model year, the changes affected all production from 9/00 onward.

My guess is there will be a "refresh" announced sometime in mid-2006 for all MY2007.

Facelift most likely coming when they shift to model year 2008, which will happen in September 2007.
