when downshifting from 2nd to 1st

My Ride: 550
while slowing down when reaching 20mph and when i put it into 1st i get this sound from my engine that sounds like a turbo or supercharger spooling..does anybody else have anything similar? i admit i do like how it sounds but im not sure if somethings wrong

I avoid downshifting to 1st until i am at a complete stop. The lowest gear I ever downshift to is 2nd. That winding noise is normal, but downshifting to 1st gear multiple times is not healthy for the transmission.
