Yup...huge difference..I did a double take on the before pic because I thought maybe something else was changed too (bumper, skirts, etc.)...amazing difference, looks like a different car.
A small change in the picture angle helps but still...

Yep
New wheels totally change the car, i've lucky enough to have done twice so far.
1st time going to '92 "throwing stars" on my E34 M5 from the ' 91 turbine style wheel inserts 100% improvement!
2nd time going from factory 17"s to M Style 19"s on my E60 - again 100% improvement!
cool well done!

makes a huge difference, I just got new wheels as well and now I notice that people actually notice my car now as opposed to before it was just another sedan.
