The paint on my two front wheels is flaking off (still under warranty) and the dealer says BMW won't take care of it. The flaking is not due to curb rash or any damage or solvents. I don't see how they can just blatantly say it's not their responsibility. Has anyone had any experience with this and gotten BMW to warranty the refinishing?

+2 call BMWNA. Dealer will blame contaminants like break dust, salt and solvents. IMO the car is supposed to be covered from bumper to bumperin any weather rain sleet or snow.
