Default whats a good Quad exhaust system

I want to convert to the quad exhaust system on my 2007 550i. What are some types I should look at. I'm not looking for a loud system. I just want a nice Lil purr pretty much the same sound when I first start my car in the morning I'm not really looking for more speed my car is fast enough for me and when I do get on the gas pedal it sounds great but I'm also looking for the quad look. I have a bumper for the quads waiting. Any suggestions would be appreciated

There are a few guys that have done a quad exhaust conversion. I know Boost7 did a quad setup with custom piping and borla mufflers. He has a 545i iirc.

If you want nice purring sound and not too loud, go with a borla dual in/ dual out, to replace the center section then vibrant ultra quiet resonators towards the rear and out to some nice dual tips. Keep the front stock resonators. Also don't cheap out and go with Magnaflow. The Magnaflow will work also, but it's a bit too loud and will drone from 2k-5k rpm while cruising.

I have a thread up, but somehow the pictures no longer shows.

Where did you get your pieces from. Do you mind giving me a parts list with diameters of the openings. I'm thinking of going out on a limb with the porche suv tips. Have you seen them.

My car is a 545 so the diameter is 2.25", on the 550 I think it's 2.50".

Borla dual in/out - 1x - pt # 400287
Vibrant ultra quiet resonator - 2x - pt #1141
3.5 dual wall staggered tips from Nameless Performance Inc. - NP Tip Options

make sure you keep the stock cats and stock front resonators if you don't want the exhaust too loud.
