I am going to buy a new e60 BMW OEM M5 steering wheel from Garry at BMW of Newport. Has anyone here at the forum ever installed a BMW OEM E60 M5 steering wheel and round airbag before on a non e60 M5? If so did all the steering wheel buttons work and what function did you program on the "M" steering wheel button on your Non M5? Does anyone know how much a BMW Dealer charges to install the e60 M5 steering wheel on a non e60 M5?

I think it calls for modifying the wheel to be able to fit the column. PM member schulrog. He can give you more details to this retrofit. GL Ed!
