I've seen a bunch of threads discussing BMW replacing run flats. It seems like the michelins are the best replacement option. Does anyone know if Michelins are shipping on new E60s?

On all of the 550s I've looked at, every one of them had Michelins.

Yes: with the upgrade to the Style 123 18" wheels, mine came with Bridgestone Potenza (non-all-season) runflats.
