What pressures to have on runflats

I have used 40 psi on read and 36 psi on fronts are these the best??

For my 19" tyres on the 172 rims, I pump them up to 36 for the front and 39 at the rear. I think its 2.5 (fr) and 2.7 (Rr) similarly.

Thats what it says on the door sticker.

Go for the max the factory gives you in the door or in the handbook.

They are stone hard no matter what.
