What lowering spring should I buy

Hey guys
I just got my rims put on today and now looking to lower it a bit. I have a 2004 530i with the sport suspension, rims are 245/35/20 front and 275/30/20 in rear
Anyone have any suggestions on what springs to buy, I would like too lower a inch or so, maybe a little more. Not sure if I would get any rubbing issues
