Mine went down after i installed the rpi scoop...
thats probably because i cant get enough!
18.8MPG is what its reading right now
545i 6spd
Is this a common effect of the scoop? I don't think I really notice any performance difference with the scoop and if it is negatively affecting my mpg, I might consider uninstalling. I already only get about 12-13 mpg with my 100% city driving V8 and gas is costing about $40/week. I am definitely spending more on gas now than I was with my Mitsu Montero Sport.

Well its not like the rpi scoop made a dramatic performance gain (at all) it just seems better, more efficient to me. Before the scoop i was getting 19.2mpg but that was just cruising in the city. Now i always seem to be in a rush, or just enjoying my car.

Don't trust the car's computer readings. It's always off from 1 - 2.5 mpg on the high side.

13-26 depending on what i am doign. if i reset it on the interstate with cruise control at 80, 26.2 i think is the highest i have seen. if i reset is around down when i am driving it hard at night on empty roads, you know, the kind of drive that when you park you can smell your brakes, i get about 13 MPG

i have a 535i.
