What happend to my Xenon

This just happend a couple days ago, Bulb seems to be bright as soon as it warms up it goes to this light purple color sorry for the crappy pic I will try to post a better one, what would I need to replace???

That bulb is on it's last breath. Replace that bulb and you will be good to go.

replace both to make sure they are the same color

I don't think so. It's very easy to test if it's the bulb or ballast just by swapping the bulbs. If the problem moves to the other side, you know it's the bulb; otherwise, it's the ballast.

I am just saying it from my personal experience. I had the same purple issue, and bought new bulbs and still had a prominent pinkness. It turned out to be the ballast for me, changed it and worked perfectly.

Yep, ballast is usually what goes. There's no filament in the 'bulb' so there's nothing to break. The color change is from weak current or a change in frequency.

I concur ^^^. It is the ballast. This also happen to me along with a little flickering. I changed out both my ballast just to be sure the other wasnt going out and what do you know back to new.

southgate, before you order bulb/ballast, test and confirm the failed part.

Swap headlight bulbs [left bulb to right and right bulb to left] and let us know the results.
