No Sport Steering Wheel on 545 (in US)
Lumbar Support is power
Do you mean the aluminum trim with the sport steering wheel or is there something more?

Active steering is great when its free...not worth paying as an option. HUD is awesome w/navigation. Really makes a big difference when driving aggressive.

HUD would be pretty cool, and I like your reasoning for it's awesomeness,

Holds revs higher and also changes the shift points.
That would be sport mode on an auto transmission, not the sport package option.

I heard the active steering is sort of annoying... true?
I've driven a few 5s and 6s with A.S. but haven't owned a car with it. It definitely tightens (quickens the ratio) the steering in low speed turns. U-turns and parking is a breeze. Downsides are adapting to the changing ratio and a somewhat artificial road feel. I've heard/read that its better in newer models. Also, I've known several folks with it that get frequent Active Steering faults and need sensors, etc replaced at times.

I like my active steering. Took a little to get used to as I would lock up sooner than I thought. I drove a 335i without active steering and the wheel felt real heavy negotiating the parking lot.

Keep in mind that AS is not just a way to park the car easier. AS also works in conjunction with stabalization features, providing added steering support when driving aggressively and when things start to go awry at the limits. Coupled with the benefits of ARS, it's a great feature. It's just one of those things - if you don't have it, you won't miss it. But, if you have it for any significant amount of time, you'll grow to miss it when you dont.

I think I well get used to it though.
