What does v17 add?

Sorry if I missed the answer in my search, but with all the new talk about v17, I guess I'm a little unclear about what it will add. Some say MP3 for NAV cars. Is that confirmed?
Also, someone mentioned that there is more detail in perspective view. Does that mean that they actually show street names? Because that would be useful.

MP3 on nav (pro) cars will come in September, whatever software number it then will be.
Version 17 will be out earlier than that.

I have V17. (didn't have 16.2 or 16.3). As far as what I have seen and read here on the forum there isn't much of a difference between them.
