I just joined this website. Obviously I am aware that is based upon BMW 5-series. I am puzzled as to the references to E60/E61. Is this software versions that the different year cars run off of? or something else? Let me know what version applies to my 2006 525xi. thx.

[snapback]165975[/snapback] The E60 stands for the body style. All 5 series sedan bodystyles are the same. They are classified as E60. Similarly All 5 Series Touring/Sports Wagon bodystyle are the same. They are classified E61. THe new 3 Series bodystyle for example is E90. Hope this helps. |

In Egypt, where I live, BMV (the way it is pronounced in German) stands for Between Mercedes and Volkswagen :lol:.
