ok so i just asked what everyone hated or disliked about there 5 series and got some great feedback so now i wanna know what it is you really love about it, what made you guys buy it in the first place????

The ease with which I was able to administer some swift and brutal justice (in a non-residential area, of course) to the lunatic who was hogging my tail and trying to cut past me the other day with his V8 Volvo XC90

My Ride: 2004 525i, Jet Black, Black Dakota Leather, Poplar Wood, Steptronic Transmission, Premium Package, Xenon Lights.
I really liked the exterior design, aggressiveness and mean look. Interior looked very appealing too, specially dash board. It's so clean compare to MB's cluster f**k. 
And of course other things that come with every BMW: driving characteristics, handling, after sale support, service, warranty etc.

My Ride: 2007 Titanium Gray 550i, with sport, nav, HUD, Logic7, sat radio, cold weather, rear side airbags, rear seat heaters, and it goes like a bat outta hell!

Honestly, this has got to be perhaps the best engine in any car under $100,000. I've driven everything that competes with the 545, jags, mercs, caddy, lexus, etc... The responsiveness, torque, power, smoothness is incomparable. I just can't seem to keep my right foot off the floor of this car! The 550 should be really astounding. And of course the new M5...

The fact that when I am stuck behind someone doing 60 mph in the left lane out on the interstate (who refuses to move over after I patiently wait, then give a polite flash of the brights), and I am forced to go around on the right, and like the @#%*head that they are, they then try to speed up to prevent me from passing them, my 545 completely BLOWS THEM OUT OF THE WATER and I whip right by them with incredible 60-110 accelleration. EF You, buddy!
