What do you guys think of my front protection for my 20 hour drive to Florida. Looks kind of funny to me ....I will be the highlight of the highway. My wife looked at it and like...."I am driving in that thing"? Well if it protects the car why not ?
Shall I remove it? Looks kinda geeky to me...

Keep it on, alot of my buddies with show quality rides will ride around like that over long distances.

If that's the 3M painters tape it should be thick enough: 6.5 mil. The 3M clear bra is 6 mil.
