I am looking for ideas to carry / attach the new electronic key. For those members who have the start/stop button in their cars, what key ring/leather pouch/ key flop etc do you use?
I am very used to the BMW leather wrap of the regular key, I like the entire key is protected inside the leather and very compact to carry in my pants pocket.
There is nothing out there I came across that is not scratching the key, non-bulky, stylish-modern looking or small enough to fit in my tight jeans.
It needs to be a decorative piece inside the cockpit (when inserted) and does not heavily dangle from the steering wheel.
There is a Gucci cloth key flob ($140US), which does not protect the key but looks amazing inside the cockpit (Gucci green/red stripes).

Those BMW keyrings are nice, but I want something more unique like a fashion accessory. There are times the wallet/cellphone and key sits on the table together...
Do they make the BMW leather key wrap for the electronic key too?
This is the Gucci keyflob I mentioned before, a great decorative piece in the cockpit wouldnt scratch the key, yet not bulky.

Only the fob I got from the dealer. Have Comfort Access, so no need to take the key out of my pocket (except when the jeans go to the laundry
).
