1. The fact that I have over 4000 miles on it and haven't had to take it in for any free service. I feel cheated.
2. It's too damn fast. I am going to get in trouble, I can just tell.
3. It handles too well. My wife yells at me for cornering hard.
4. iDrive is not as confusing as I thought it would be. I miss the technical challenge that I expected here.
5. It gets pretty good gas mileage, considering.... I own Exxon/Mobil stock.
6. I can't seem to get enough time behind the wheel.
7. Some day it will wear out and I'll have to buy another car.

Perhaps we should mail BMW a link to this thread. Just in case they are not already lurking.

I think the most annoying thing with my car is the? SEATBELT CHIME !!!!!? I know its the law, but getting in and out of the car for a min. or two and that chime going on and on and on..........? plus the cupholders are useless.

I think that the seatbelt chime will not work until you accept the "leagal disclaimer" screen.
So if you don't want to wear your seatbelt, don't "accept" the disclaimer.

Cup holders: Great idea, bad engineering

iDrive: Lawyer message! BMW is not at fault for some idiot driving and idriving. That between the driver, the police, and the insurance company.

Trunk: Should have a way on iDrive to disengage the key opener. Tired of going out to close my trunk or returning and seeing it open! So far haven't had anything stolen.

DVD: Should be functional and not have to bootleg around rigging ways to get it up.

iDrive Software: BMW needs to provide a website, or someway to notify consumers about updates, patches, and thier functionalities. BMW engineered a vehicle around a computer, so they should have a "Microsoft Windows Update" type of site. Its understandable that you can't download info, but you should know what softwares out there for your 45k machine. I know what updates are out for my $120 cell phone! Its on the Motorola website. The CPU controls so much in the vehicle that information on its operations should as forth coming as possible.

The cupholders are awful.

The Bluetooth 5 ring limit is even worse.

idrive boot-up time is bad.
