You don't want to pay for a "big repair" on your BMW, and you are willing to pay $8000 and downgrade your whole car to prevent one?

I am not a fan of the C class Mercedes at all. It is far inferior to the 3 series let alone a 5 series. If you want to go Mercedes start with an E Class or don't bother. The C Class cars that I have driven all drive like crap. And I think the C Class interior blows too. I'd sooner buy a V6 Honda Accord or an Acura TSX or TL or an Infiniti G37 than a C class.

Take a pass on the C300. You will regret dumping your E 60 for that.

I know its sounds really stupid to go from E60 to C300 but my car value like $12000 now, am worried to find myself paying more 3K or 4K in next year. I feel like my suspension nd clutch broke soon. nothing wrong with the car now but I feel like the car just done fair enough since 2004. just a thought.

I had an accord back home when they first had the new look in 2008, its money saver lol. I was thinking to get one here in the US but girls would never look at my car any more

why are you even asking the question? c class my ass, fix a few things on the e60 is always gonna be cheaper than changing up a few years to a c class .

it's hard to see it when you get gas for something but just because the grass looks greener on the other side, don't mean it is...

good luck whatever you do.

Have your Indy shop do a complete car inspections and see where everything stands. If they see many things worn out or about to wear out then the e60 might be a money trap over the next 1-2 years then make a decision. Don't sell just because you "think" the car is worn out.

I am not so sure they'd be looking at a C300....A Mustang GT is a car better car and draws a lot more looks

I am gearing up to sell my 550i - so I bought a 335i E92 as an interim vehicle. I love it. When I get back in my E60 after a drive in the 3er I feel like I am sitting too upright and the interior feels comparatively clunky. I am not trying to insult the E60, I love them and have owned two. Maybe I am just a sport coupe person...
