Hello every one,

I am on the fence between keeping my car and selling it. I have 2004 525i with 110k miles. there is no big issues with it. just have increased emission and engine service sign. I'll take it to indy shop to find out whats the problem.

anyway I found a 2008 C300 benz with Nav with 44k miles for $22k

the car link:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/NAV-S...t_16097wt_1167

the choices I have:
1- If I decide to go with the C300, probably am looking trade my car plus $8000
2- if not, I'll keep my e60 for year and a half or 2 years till I graduate from college and then buy a brand new bad a$$ car. most likely M5

any thoughts would be appreciated, thanx

here is a current pic of my e60 which looks way better than the c300, my biggest concern is I dont want to have any big issue with it and pay a lot for fixing

I believe you will regret letting go your bimmer if you have decided to move onto the C300.

Increased emission sounds like the oxygen sensors need replacement, not a cheap part, but it would be usually trouble free for another 100K miles.

Noway, way too many miles for a 2007. A vehicle should average 15k miles a year, so for a 2007 it should be around 75k miles give or take, at 125k miles pass.
