Silver-Grey, of course. The best color for the E60! (I.M.O.)

hi, you can see the amethyst grey at the car configurator of the us website and also at this site in "More pictures from Spain", pictures number 8, 9 and 10 if you start counting on the left. As for the auburn interior, I think that the pictures also at this site "Johoog's 530i" show that color. I hope this helps.

Here are some pictures of the Auburn interior. I like the Auburn part, but what I don't like is all the black sections that come in the Auburn interior.

I think the black and auburn (two tone) looks better. I've seen where there is no contrast in person and it just looked cheap and simple.

I prefer two tone or three tone interiors as well, but don't like the fact that the "second tone" of the Auburn interior is black. Also there is way too much of the black, not just parts of the doors but also the complete center console/armrest AND the carpet.

What I do like is the two tone Truffle brown which has the top surfaces or the center and door armrests in black and the rest in Truffle Brown. Too bad it's not available in the US. Here's a picture:

Anyone think the Oxford Green would look good w/ the auburn interier. It sounds like it might, but I'm not sure. I've always liked the dark green color on cars. I'm thinking that the beige would look better, but I'm just not sure that it won't show every mark (2 kids, you know ;-).

I test drove my first BMW ever yesterday. A real thrill.

One thing, the beige interior was already getting dirty with only 1,000 miles on the car. I am likely to go with a black interior on my soon to be ordered Silver Grey.

Anyone know of problems with black?
