Was hoping to find a good pre-owned winter/wheel package but decided to quit waiting and just buy new before the first snowfall rush..

Thanks to Doc's advice, I'm going 18" and not 17" (which should be more pleasing to the eye).

Overview:
Dunlop SP Winter Sport 3D and SP Winter Sport 3D RunOnFlat (ROF) tires are Performance Winter tires developed for sports cars, coupes and sedans that come from the factory equipped with low profile tires mounted on large diameter alloy wheels. Good choice on the 18's. What made you change from the A7's? Are the KM11's hubcentric also, 72.56? These will be easier to clean!

I need to order mine this weekend. I am going through MrRebates.com to get my 4% rebate. I am going with the same tires as you. They have a better rating than the M3's and are just a bit more.

No -- the KM11's are not hubentric and have the rings...I went for them due to the gunmetal finish. I had gunmetal Iforges on my Steel Grey Metallic M3 and loved the contrast..

Was it dumb not to go the Hubcentric route?? :(
