Here's a trick. Jack car up and loosen all 5 lug nuts. Remove 3 of the 5 lugs making sure the remaining 2 lugs aren't next to each other. Hand tighten the remaining 2 lugs then add just a smidge of torque with a ratchet to keep the rim from falling off, but don't torque the lugs down all the way. Place car back down. Drive up and down driveway a couple times. This helps to loosen the rusted bond between the rim and mounting surface. Jack car up, remove the 2 remaining lugs, and rim SHOULD come off. When finally re-mounting the rim, make sure to add anti-seize compound to the lug threads and to the mounting surface of the rim.

I always grease the hubs when changing my from regular tires to snows and back. These damn wheels can get STUCK.
My method, with car jacked up and VERY well supported I place a 4x4 peice of wood on the inside of the wheel, the wood won't hurt a metal wheel, then use a sledge hammer to give the wood a good wack. Has worked every time for me so far...
