Default Weird, Power Loss & Fan Running Continously - No Dash warning lights.....coolant temp

2010 535i, newer Mishimoto water pump (2k miles on it), newer thermostat and radiator (6k miles).

Driving yesterday and all of a sudden I noticed power loss....like it went into limp mode where you depress pedal and the engine revvs up slowly.

The fan was on contiously and at its highest speed, there were no warning lights and the engine didn't 'seem' super hot...but I also can't read engine or oil temps (which is a rather annoying thing actually).

I'm guessing it could be a failing temp sensor. I checked REALOEM and it lists a Coolant AND Oil Temp sensor as one unit....that seems odd to me as I've never seen a single sensor monitoring both oil and coolant.

Anyone run into this problem before?

You need to read the BMW specific codes. Then post them here.
