Weird noise... like wine bottles banging

the part itself is around $90+. Ordered it awhile back but still do not have time to tinker with it yet. If anyone has successfully removed and replaced it, please post more info.

Have the same problem girlfriend said it sounded like wine bottles or glasses clinking together. Had it in twice to the dealer and it still comes and goes. I notice it mostly with cold weather and the sunshade open. Not sure if its a problem with the E60's but i've had alot of nosies come from the cabin the dealer has felt taped both front doors and the parcel shelf multiple times sounds still come and go. Other BMW guys tell that the door panels just do that have been since back to the E36. Weird.
