i have a weird coolant leak... i replaced one of the whole hose component and it was fine... for few months and now i have another issue... anyone know what it could be? i tried pulling it off and putting it back on.. there are no rips on the hose nor cracks on the plug area.. and one of them are new...this on a 06 525i and the hoses are below the intake.

in the second photo it looks as it the leak is coming from above. See coolant above the hoses? If you changed a hose did you clean the engine afterward? I mean you definitley have a coolant leak but the area is so filthy can't tell what's going on. Clean the area and check to see where leak is.

I have an '06 525xi and I replaced all of my coolant hoses at 75k miles as part of my standard maintenance. If one of your hoses went bad it's likely others might be bad as well. I would suggest replacing all your coolant hoses to be safe. It's cheap insurance against a major breakdown. When your cooling system goes out, you're out of commission.
