Can panels above the armrests be recovered in a mocha brown?

anything can be done. I am thinking about having suede inserts put on my seats and a suede headliner as well, but you just need to consult your local interior shop for answers to questions such as this

Another place to call would be your local approved BMW auto body. They have to rebuild doors all the time. On my car, the door panels you mention are the only ones that are Natural Brown (peanut butter) on the doors.
