So, the other week I forgot my sunroof was cracked and a typical South Florida rainstorm hit. Took me about 5-10 minutes to remember my sunroof was on tilt. I ran outside and closed it and stared reaching up inside the railings, etc to pickup any water that got in. Got up a decent amount. So, yesterday I look up an notice a little bit of the sliding shade below the sunroof has a slight light brown water stain. My headliner is like gray.

Does anyone know the best way to remove the water stain? Will some oxi clean cleaner do the job without bleaching the shade?

When you find a way to get rid of it, please reply as I passed on a couple cars that had similar water stains.

I'm thinking that oxi stuff will work. May go buy some tomorrow. I used it once on my brother's car that had cigarette stains in. Worked good.

Had the same exact thing happen to me a few weeks ago. I used a can of Turtle Wax "Oxy Power Out" upholstery cleaner. Just squirted some foam on a cloth and used a toothbrush to gently rub the water stained areas and let dry. Problem solved.

I have a beige interior. Hope this helps

Had the same problem on the sunroof as well as above the doors. I just used some water + carpet cleaner on a towel and it came right out..

Used the Oxy and it worked great. Brushed the foam in and then used a wet rag to wipe it off.

That's good to know - sometimes upholstery cleaners (and lots of other products) don't live up to their claims
