Default Warning light after work on exhaust

Exhaust was temporary dropped at the shop to replace the final drive gasket.
Now see this warning lamp when picket up the car.
I'm not driving it but any ideas what could cause this?

OK, so it is error code 2C47, 2C61, 2C53, 2CA0
Oxygen sensor 1 in bank 1

Is is a must replacing all 4 O2 sensors or both sides at the same time?

Maybe it was damaged when the work was being done.

I had a similar warning a year ago and had one in my spares which I changed.

It fixed the problem and I have had no warnings since although I think it would be best to replace them all at the same time

It is not clear would it cause any harm if only the defective sensor gets replaced instead of replacing all 4 at the same time.
