Thanks all for your advise but have tried the fuel filler cap ,and the light is still on . Can it have anything to do with the Radiator ,as this was replaced a few weeks ago?

that warning light is a picture of an engine.

your radiator should be fine, unless it is leaking or is over heating.

my guess is you have some emmission code. you need to have a scan tool connected to be able to read the fault code.

Look in the idrive check control messages. It will give more details. This looks like the engine management light.

check out this thread, SES Light

It talks about the SES light associated with radiator service/thermostat replace. Others on this thread report issue being vacuum hose related. Like I said, this light has many causes...

Can cameliasha just reset the warning light from the settings on the idrive
