Is the bulb burned out perhaps?? I had a Nissan when I lived in Japan with an annoying light on my instrument cluster and come to find out, one of my brake lights was out.

My car is going in the dealer on Wednesday so I'll keep you posted. I called and ask the service advisors and they said it could be a few things. Either my ABS, stability control etc, but I will keep you posted.
I HAVE DECIDED TO TAKE MY CAR IN FIRST THING TOMORROW MORNING . DRIVING WITH THE BRAKE LIGHT ON , STABILITY CONTROL LIGHT ON , AND POWER STEERING COMING ON AND OFF INTERMITTANTLY HAS BEEN "DRIVING" ME CRAZY FOR THE LAST WEEK . I WILL KEEP YOU POSTED AND LET YOU KNOW WHAT THEY FIND

WELL , MY CAR HAS BEEN AT THE DEALER SINCE YESTERDAY....SINCE THEN THEY HAVE REPLACED THE STEERING POSITION SENSOR & UPGRADED THE SOFTWARE WHICH TOOK OVER SIX HOURS TO DO .....PROBLEM WAS STILL NOT FIXED . THE SERVICE MANAGER NOW THINKS IT NEEDS A NEW MODULE WHICH THEY COULD NOT ORDER UNTIL I SENT THEM A COPY OF MY DRIVERS LICENSE , WHICH I DID IMMEDIATLY. SO IN THE MEAN TIME I HAVE BEEN IN A LOANER AND PATIENTLY AWAITING A CALL FROM THE DEALERSHIP.......I WILL KEEP YOU POSTED

I don't mean to be niave, but why would they need a copy of your DL to order a new module?
