waiting for 2007 525?

How many people here in CA are waiting for their 2007 525? I here there may be a recall on these cars and that is the reason the 2007 525 are not geting to the dealerships. If anyone has any information about this or you have gotten a 2007 525 within the last week let us know...Thanks

There is a campaign being handled at the VPC that appears to be affecting all or most E60's. I've been told it has to do with either struts or bushings. I think it's only holding up cars a couple of days. My 530 has been at the VPC since last Wednesday with a scheduled delivery 5/3. We'll see if the date slips.

My Ride: 2007 Titanium Gray 550i, with sport, nav, HUD, Logic7, sat radio, cold weather, rear side airbags, rear seat heaters, and it goes like a bat outta hell!

It took my car 7 days from the boat to the dealer last week, so the holdup can't be that bad

Just got the email from the dealer. Looks like my car will be here tonight and ready for pickup tomorrow. So that's 7 days from unloading at the VPC to delivery. OC had the right delivery date for a few weeks now.

Got the call today...car is here. 2007 525 ..Hoping this car is like our last 525 a great car for 10 years....It will take away the bad taste of our 2006 525 which had many problems....
