I have Bluetooth, Nav Pro, my car was delivered beg. Dec., but the magic button does not seem to work. :think:

My supposition is that it is because I choosed french as the I-drive and nav language. Does anyone have another language for the voice command than english ?

Anyway, I'll try to switch to english, just for a try.

Are you sure you got the VOICE CONTROL option ?? :think:
If you don't have the a double button on the console (menu + voice control), then you don't have the option (so the button on the steering wheel doesn't work without the option).
But it's possible to retrofit this option. Ask your dealer to order the parts.

In US if you get Nav then you get voice

In Europe it is possible to get nav without the voice commands - it is an extra option - like stated before - look below the idrive knob - menu/voice button then you probably have the option
If only menu button - then probably no dice
