Voice command works very poorly even after software updates. It simply doesn?t understand clearly spoken English.

Software update took 1 1/2 days, but the voice command now works. However BMW Assist was wiped out, and I will need a return visit to have that corrected.

My voice commands work very well when you make sure you speak up toward the mic and have the windows up. Wind noise really messes with the voice commands.

You also really need to enunciate. Otherwise it gets confused with certain words (especially "ten" vs. "two".... As in "Track Two" for the CD).
