WTF!!! ?380. How long does it take to install?
I presume you can't fit it yourself.

I'm still confused as to why it has been put on hold. Mine was installed with no problems back in March. My car didn't have Bluetooth so maybe there is a problem on cars with this.....who knows
Took my Dealer 1 hour to install and this includes coding the kit so no, you cannot do it yourself.

My Ride: 535d Sport in Carbon Black / high gloss shadow line and beige leather / dark poplar with professional nav, bluetooth phone prep, CD changer, bi-xenon adaptive headlamps, servotronic steering, folding mirrors, heated comfort seats, TV, extended voice control and Logic 7 hifi.
I was ordering some bits for Nicola's 1 series today so asked about this. It's a dash off job for fitting the electronics, plus obviously the trim on the tunnel needs to come off to fit the button. THEN the car needs re-coding, and we know how long that can take - estimate: 3 hours labour total. I guess the variable here is the amount of time it takes to recode the car.
He did not say however that the part was not orderable today...
