My Ride: 2011 520dA coming up.
Floored the diesel and taped the acceleration today from 0-200km/h
The "track" was slightly uphill, it was a little windy and transmission was on regular auto position (that means not sport)
So that comes down to 26 sec before you hear the preset Dong
Probably faster in Sport mode.
What is factory spec for this?

here is one in sport mode.
Unfortunately the "track" did not allow me to make it till 200.
You can notice the difference in shifting speeds. It shift faster in S mode.

..sounds very nice.. I only wish the 535D will come to the USA sometime.. :'(

and 2500 rpm...
so it should be little more then 26 sec
anyway, I'd like to meet you on a autobahn with my E90 330i

This movie however is not posted as a reference, it's just for fun!
If it takes 27 sec to 200, so be it. For a Diesel this is remarkable though, who would have thought that 10 years ago.
I want to try this again though on a flat road in S mode.
You'll probably still beat me with a new 330i because the R6 petrol is better when the revs come in
