vibration bmw 545i

bmw 545i .. when car is working (wihout pressing accleration padle) there is vibration from the engine and you feel it .. any ideas what might that be?

Could be Exhaust dampening bracket. I believe there was a service bulletin for this.

what does it mean Exhaust dampening bracket ? is there might be another problem ?

How many miles are on the car?

Do you feel the gear changes more also?

Usually, if you "feel" the engine, it means that your engine mounts are about to go.
