Very loud brake noise (Help me out here)

Got my 08 CPO 528i a few weeks ago.
I have noticed however when the car first starts and you reverse out of the garage and then brake, and turn the wheels the car makes a very annoying loud sound. Like (GERRRRRRRR).
It always does this even if you are in drive and you brake and turn it makes the same annoying sound.
It only happens when you first start the car, and when you are at a VERY low speed.
Any suggestions on what to do? The car is fine, drives like a dream
. No problems, just wondering if I should get it checked out or not.
Flemington BMW (Where I bought the car) is 3.2 hours away, and BMW of the Hudson Valley which is near me is a joke.
So please give me any advice you can!

Power steering pumps can make that noise and Lubrizol additive, part number 83290447661, might be the cure.
Return to the dealer and explain what's going on.
