Take back what I said about the "Radio-on" problem being solved in V15. It's still there. Intermittently.

I work at the Dealer and we try are best. Your starting issue will be fixed with cip 15.0

I think that you went from v11 to v15. I'll be doing the same. Somewhere around v13, it was reported that active steering was firmed-up at low speed. DId you experience the same thing with v15?

I didn't notice any difference, but I went on Vacation immediately after the upgrade without using the car for much other than pairing the Bluetooth.

My contact at the dealer will get me the documentation as soon as it is released. For now all I had to offer was a mini-transcript from his notes, which I have already posted to this thread.
