I have been seeing an alert in the service log, to "check Vehicle". It then says go to your nearest dealer for service. My question is, what would the service mechanics do at the dealership, and does anyone have an estimate on how much something like that would cost?

Here in Canada, I think it's 129 plus tax. Will have to do mine soon so that's how I know. Not sure what it entails though. Can't be much though for that price.

Paid $250 plus tax at Global Bmw.They hook up your car on the comp and run all the tests as well as doing a physical including spotting leaks and stuff like that.My 5451 only has 73k and they say its recommended every 40K miles
