is it normal for the airbag light to come on after the airbags in the door were disconnected and then reconnected?
It's normal and need to clear the code afterward.

WTF is wrong with people in the UK and the vandalism? I have family there and my aunt forgot to put her car in the garage one night, some moron poured paint remover over the car. Why?
I can almost understand robbery if you're a "have not" but just ruining other peoples property for no reason is ridiculous.
Somebody needs their ass kicked... bad...

Fucking lowlifes. Hope you catch them and take the hammer to their skulls. You should make a big deal out of it with the dealershit, and there should be cameras to back it up. It's just unfortunate you caught it after you drove off the lot; that seems to be the only thing preventing you from suing the hell out the dealership for not taking responsibility.

i did kick of with dealers and they refused to get the security camera tapes!!! simply said they recorded over them, none of the other cars got damaged at all. thats what the manager said.
im gonna go to them to get the airbag light reset for free. gonna take the car in and refuse to pay them and just drive of
lesson to be learnt is, examine your car properly b4 driving of out of ANY garage, ie dont trust them cus they are the dealer...ship/shit more likely

Unreal, park your car through the dealers stock and say your foot slipped off the pedal, might as well take some of his stuff with you on the way to your replacement E60
