Default Vacuum leak help!

Hi everyone! I got a code reader and cleared all the codes. Drove for a couple days and then scanned my car again for codes and this is what it gave me.

P0305/Cylinder 5 misfire detected
P0303/Cylinder 3 misfire detected
P0171/System too lean (Bank 1)
P0174/System too lean (Bank 2)
P0301/Cylinder 1 misfire detected
P0304/Cylinder 4 misfire detected
P0302/Cylinder 2 misfire detected
P0306/Cylinder 6 misfire detected
P0300/Random multiple cylinder misfires
P0171/System too lean (Bank 1)
P0174/System too lean (Bank 2)

Whenever I open the hood there is a hissing noise so I'm sure it's a vacuum leak. Checked the intake boot and seems fine. Checked most the things that are common with the E60's. Rough idle and every now and then it will kind of stop. Doesn't matter what temp. Whenever I start the car it wont shake but after maybe a minute or so it will start shaking pretty bad.

Thanks for any answers!

Also I might think it is the Intake Manifold Gasket

Looks like you need to find that leak. What year, make and model do you have. I know this did not happen all of a sudden so how long have you have idle issues. Do you have no idea where the sound is coming from (area)?

2005 530i. And I bought the car like that. I've had it for about 6 months now and I just haven't had time to get to it yet:/

And it sounds like it's coming from the intake boot somewhere around there!

oil separator/ccv hose. Check the hose leading from the dip stick up. That should be your issue or a part on that system. Also if you are changing that you might as well change the DISA Valve and the CCV. Look below to see what I would change because if one hose is bad they are all bad. It will take you about 2 hours to do if you are mechanically inclined.
