No idea, when it was released, I'm sure somone will tell you in due time.
But AFAIK, it's definitely the newest version so far. I think there's a 13.32 if I'm not mistaken but I wouldn't be too worried about it.

AS far as I know V13.3 was released in the first week of october 2004. However when you go into the secret idrive menu it shows build date as july 2004.
