after calling my dealer today again since my monday appointment was canceled due to no software yet, they called BMW of NA & were told that V14 is NOT yet ready for release, as they are currently reworking & bug fixing it.
i guess that is a good thing ... as we might have some chances of NOT having the same or worse issues.
maybe you had received an updated & reworked version 14 then ICEMAN?

Highly doubful since v.14 is NOT for public release yet - like stated above.
